* Braised veal paupiette with stewed brown lentils enhanced with truffle oil *
Paired with Red Wine AOC Santenay, Muzard Vieilles Vignes 2013 (100ml)
(Please note that the paupiette contains smoked bacon that can be excluded if needed).

* Buttery rum cake with marinated fresh strawberries and sauces *
